Structured packing plays a vital role in most separation processes like absorption and distillation. SpiroPak has demonstrated a much higher mass transfer at lower pressure drop compared to current industry standard products. Use Cases for SpiroPak
High efficiency Carbon Capture
Carbon Capture processes have high flow rates of flue gas or air with low CO2 concentrations. High separation efficiency and low pressure drop are key for these processes.
Minimum footprint equipment
Size matters: in many industrial cases smaller is better! Smaller columns take up less expensive space, require smaller foundations and they are cheaper to construct.
High Quality End-Product
In many separation processes, the final product purity is determined by the separation performance for a given pressure drop. SpiroPak will provide better purity products.
Upgrade/ de-bottleneck existing plant
SpiroPak can be used as drop-in replacement for existing packing: higher output without the need to replace vessels, foundation, piping and auxiliary equipment.
